Identity of Data Controller
Konyaaltı Incubation Center is the Center that operates under the Konyaaltı Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the “MUNICIPALITY”) and provides incubation services to support entrepreneurs’ development through basic entrepreneurship training, business development activities and mentoring services provided to entrepreneurs, and to help entrepreneurs strengthen their connections in the business world.
Within the scope of these services, Konyaaltı Municipality is the Data Controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “KVK Law”).
Definitions
In this lighting text;
Applicant: Each participant who fills in all parts of the application form on the official website of the Center and submits the form by clicking the “Apply” button is defined as “Applicant”.
Participant: Persons who are selected as a result of the evaluation to be made according to the criteria announced on the official website of the Center and who are entitled to benefit from the physical and educational opportunities of the Center free of charge are defined as “Participants”.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Relevant Person: Real person whose personal data is processed / Applicant / Participant
Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”): Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016,
Data Processor: The real or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by the data controller,
Data Controller: It refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Processing of personal data: It refers to all kinds of operations performed on the data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data.
Your personal data is processed, recorded, transferred, shared and stored as described below and within the limits set by official legislation.
Your Processed Personal Data
During the application process, Konyaaltı Incubation Center requests various personal data for the purpose of identifying the applicants, operating business processes, fulfilling legal obligations and complying with other laws and regulations, and processes, stores and shares in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK No. 6698.
Your personal data, which is transmitted to us via the application form regarding the Applicant/Participant and may be processed during the process, is as follows, as an example:
Identity: Name, Surname, Date of Birth, TR Identity Number, Passport Number (For Non-Turkish Applicants),
Contact: E-Mail Address, Mobile Phone, Address.
Professional Experience: Educational Status
Audio-Visual Recording: Videos and photos that can be taken during the processes
Other: Information and documents that may be transmitted to us within the scope of Intellectual Property Rights
Personal Data Processing Purposes
Storage of Your Personal Data
Your personal data, for which the collection and processing conditions are explained above, will be kept confidential in the database and systems of Konyaaltı Municipality in line with the “Technical and Administrative Measures Guide” guidelines.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is transferred to the relevant institutions and organizations for the purposes described above, for the performance and recording of the services we are legally obliged to provide, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and related regulations.
In addition, in cases where data transfer is required, it is transferred to service providers such as information technology, archive, printing house, card printing, distribution company and other third legal persons with whom we cooperate, within the conditions of certain confidentiality agreements, provided that it is limited to the reason requiring the transfer.
Situations where express consent is not required
Your personal data may be processed without the need for explicit consent in the following cases in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the KVKK.
Clearly stipulated in the law,
It is compulsory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid,
Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract,
It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
The person concerned has been made public by himself,
Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
In cases where it is necessary for Konyaaltı Municipality to fulfill its legal obligations,
Retention Periods of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, for the periods stipulated in the law, according to the type of personal data and the reasons for its processing.
Rights of the Relevant Person
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to request information and action on the following issues.
What information we have on us,
Learning whether it is processed or not,
Requesting information about it if it has been processed;
Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used by us in accordance with these purposes,
Learning the third parties to whom it has been transferred in the country or abroad;
To request correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing;
Requesting the deletion, deletion or destruction or anonymization of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, in the event that the reasons requiring its processing are eliminated;
In these cases or in case of correction, requesting that these be notified to third parties to whom data is transferred;
If you think that a result against you has arisen by analyzing the processed data through automated systems, do not object to this situation;
If you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing, requesting the removal of this damage
Within the scope of the relevant law, you can submit your applications regarding your personal data to us through one of the following communication channels by filling out the application form on the link. In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, your application request will be evaluated and a written response will be provided to you within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for the rejection will be notified to you along with the legal justifications.

Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the KVKK, you can submit your requests in writing to our Municipality by filling out the above-mentioned form and using one of the methods specified below or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

An application should be made to the public address of our municipality (Kuskavağı, Belediye Cd. No: 77, 07070 Konyaaltı Antalya) by coming to our Public Relations Unit in person with your ID or by registered mail with return receipt requested.
